What to Expect at the Minyan This Week

The Sefira Lecha Dodi. Even though it is used because we want to be less festive during this time (in Frankfurt it seems they used the "Three Weeks" tune supposedly) it happens to be one of the nicest tunes of the whole year. Those who know it, wait for it.
The Sefirah Yigdal of Amsterdam. We introduced it last year. Even though KAJ does not sing Yigdal on Shabbos, our little Minyan has adopted this practice- at least when Alexander is here.
We are continuing with the 7:10 Zeman as done in Washington Heights. One of our mispalelim (Reb Donielנ״י) inquired about the Zeman last year and was assured that it always has some zman passing between mincha and maariv when begining at 7:10. I do not have the details, but it might have a Plag that Rav Posen calculated from Alos to Tzeis per my source in Lakewood
We hope everyone can manage at this time which happens to be a nice compromise between late and early.
